This is an automated email service that emails you the game when you put the name in the subject. It is for when your account blocks games, or when you don't want to store games on your email due to limited mailbox space. You can delete the game when you've finished playing, then request it when you want to play again.
If you want to do this more quickly, email esk@etggames.com with the name of the game you want in the subject. You should get an auto email response within a few mins max. If not, let me know.
